I'm Rebecca Osam!
A dynamic entrepreneur
and a visionary leader.
My journey in the world of arts began with acting, singing, and modeling, working with various agencies and companies in the UK. However, over the years, my passion for my home country, Ghana, and the realisation of numerous untapped business opportunities in Africa brought me back to my roots.
In 2014, I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey and founded Reflo Company Ltd, where I launched my first product, Reflo’s Pull-up diapers. During my research and product development in China, I discovered that many products in Ghana were of inferior quality due to the prevailing poverty index. Determined to make a difference, I made it my mission to provide African consumers with high-quality products at affordable prices.
Currently serving as the CEO of Reflo Company Ltd, Reflo’s TV, and Femme Fatale Studios. My academic journey includes completing my GCSEs in London, followed by higher education in performing arts at Richmond Upon Thames College. Additionally, I have an extensive background in theatre, television and the music industry, having played multiple roles and also performed as part of a girl band, which was managed by the reputable Outside Organisation in the UK.
I believe my success is rooted in my unique skills, including my exceptional people and organisational skills, along with a disciplined approach to setting and meeting deadlines. I believe in fostering an innovative and enjoyable working environment and advocate that happy employees are the most productive.
Beyond my business pursuits, I am driven by my profound passion for empowering women in Africa. Growing up in Africa, I witnessed firsthand the oppression and lack of opportunities faced by women. As a result, my mother and I founded The Florence Mensah Foundation, committed to empowering African women and the African girl-child, encouraging them to recognise their worth, strength, and potential to achieve anything they set their minds to.
Additionally, REFLO’S TV, an entertainment platform I created, also champions the empowerment of women through captivating, educational content that uplifts and inspires young African girls. With my unwavering dedication to excellence, I hope to continue to make a significant impact on the African business landscape while championing the cause of women’s empowerment in Africa.

Let us join hands together to empower each other to get to the pinnacle.
“Every one of us can make a change in our own minute capacity. Our lives are interlinked with that of others and no one is irrelevant.”
Over centuries, women have not had many opportunities ranging from political, social, economic development and in their careers. We have been restricted to home maintenance.
There is so much more to a woman than just womanhood. Women are equally capable of effecting change in their societies and need the appropriate platform to thrive.
To me, it is vital for a woman to be an independent, self-reliant individual. We should be seen as human beings, void of gender or any social segregation.
We, just as any other gender have goals, dreams and ambitions we would like to accomplish. We should be allowed to make our own choices without fear or discrimination. If this becomes the case across board, we will be able to contribute significantly to our African society and enable a stronger continent for our future generations.
SO MY FELLOW AFRICAN WOMEN, PLEASE JOIN US ON THIS QUEST TO FIGHT GENDER DISPARITY AND ACHIEVE A BETTER SOCIETY.”
